I had the pleasure of working with a sweet, shy 2 year old girl yesterday who has had a lot of medical intervention due to CranioStenosis. This means that she did not have an open fontanelle at the front of her head like all babies do.

She required surgery at 10 months to create that space and reposition her frontal bone.

She was nervous… rightfully so. She has too many medical procedures on her young life.

Mom sat in the chair and held her while I did some work on the back of her body.

As she relaxed to my touch, she became too heavy for mom to comfortably hold so mom and the girl moved to the table.

What a treat that Mom could lie down in the middle of the afternoon!! This even made the little girl smile.

I continued the treatment and the girl got more and more relaxed.

I was able to free the connective tissues in her skull which were still show the strain patterns present from before the surgery.

I talked to her how her head may feel lighter, like a ballon when she sits up because before it was like she was wearing a tight and heavy hat.

There was a light in her eye when we were done. She was less shy and nodded her head that she would like to come back.

There is nothing more gratifying than helping a baby who is uncomfortable in their body. A crying unhappy baby effects the mental health not just of the mama, but also the siblings, since everyone was losing sleep

“I have a baby who is almost 2 months old. Since her second week of life, my baby would cry day and night. It was overwhelming—nothing would make her stop.

When my daughter was 40 days old, I took her to her first session with Hilary, and it was incredible to watch what she did with my baby.

At first, there was a lot of crying, as expected, but little by little she began to calm down, and like magic, the crying stopped!

Hilary is such a sweet person—she rocked and sang to my little one while gently working on the necessary points.

Slowly, my baby relaxed so much that she fell asleep in Hilary’s arms, something that didn’t even happen with me, her mother!

She would sleep with me sometimes, of course , but only after exhausting herself from crying, always curled up as if in pain or discomfort.

It was wonderful to see my baby completely at ease, relaxed, and sleeping deeply!

And all of this happened after just one session!

We have already gone back for more, and the results have been amazing.

My baby is a whole new little person thanks to Hilary Leah’s gifted hands and care!

I can feel, hear and see energy stuck energy and emotions. Each session is customized to my clients needs. I uniquely blend my skills and training as a light touch body work therapist, with my abilities as an intuitive energy healer, to provide you with the most complete outcome on all levels: physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual.
