The sun is coming back this weekend so lets enjoy the outdoors together before winter settles in for good 🌞THIS Sunday, Ice Tub Club and are teaming up to bring yoga and ice tubs to 🧘‍♂️Yoga with Charlie starts at 1:00 and we’ll be running individual cold plunge tubs from 2:00-3:00

Bring a towel, a yoga mat, and clothes you don’t mind getting wet! Tickets are at the link in our bio 🎟️see you then 🫶

Join us Saturday, October 18 at for Yoga in the flower field with followed by cold plunge and sauna sessions with Savannah Ice Tub Club 🌸🌺🌻🌷🌼

Hour-long creative vinyasa flow in the flower field from 9:30-10:30 🧘‍♂️Cold plunge and sauna sessions start at 10:30 🔥🥶Sauna seats are first come first serve.
 Bring a towel, water, and clothes you can move + sweat in (like a bathing suit or activewear!). We’ll have a changing booth too, so you can change into dry clothes after your plunge and enjoy the Wild Seed Market and Plant Sale 🌱

Join us Thursday, the 11th at from 6–8:30PM for a full-body reset complete with sauna sessions, cold plunging, somatic movement, music, and wellness vendors.

What to expect:
