Some days you have to get creative. After 6 weeks of a different workflow. Being back home is the best reset. A slightly bare fridge required some outside of the box thinking…so…grilled pita, with Garlic Dip, fresh bell peppers, red onion and Castelvetrano Olives made for the best mid-morning breakfast/lunch. It’s tangy and fresh, we’ll keep it in mind!
