We’re thrilled to celebrate our HR Director, Jennifer Wilmot, who was inducted into the Elgin High School Hall of Fame this past weekend for her incredible athletic accomplishments!

Jennifer Parks-Wilmot, a 1993 graduate of Elgin High, has been nominated for volleyball and softball. Jennifer played three years of varsity volleyball, during which time she was an All-Conference and All-Area selection her junior and senior seasons as an outside hitter. In addition, she was nominated as an All-American playing club volleyball for Circus her senior year.

As a three year varsity pitcher in softball, Jennifer was a three time All-Conference, three time Courier News All-Area pick, Courier News Player of the Year as a sophomore and Pitcher of the Year her junior and senior years. Jennifer won 60 games while losing 4 during her varsity career, threw six no-hitters, led the team to three consecutive Upstate 8 championships and two regional titles. She batted .445 with 28 runs batted in as a junior and .447 with 20 rbi her senior year when she was also named to the Sports Channel Super 60 All-Star Classic.

Jennifer played volleyball at Southern Illinois University for back to back winning seasons in 1993-94 and 94-95 and also played at Judson College in 1998-99.

Meet Dr. Paul Nourbash, a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery. His goal is to provide the best possible care for his patients by using proven medical devices and surgical techniques for hip and knee surgery.

Dr. Nourbash is the Medical Director for the Center for Advanced Joint Replacement at AMITA Health, St. Alexius Medical Center.

As a hip and knee reconstruction orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Nourbash focuses on restoring his patients to their optimal functional ability as quickly as possible

Meet Dr. Rohan Gopinath, a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive primary and revision joint replacement.

Dr. Gopinath treats a comprehensive list of injuries and conditions that pertain to the hip and knee. His main goal in treating patients is to make sure they fully understand both the nature of their problem and all treatment options available to them.

He strongly believes in maximizing non-operative treatment before proceeding with surgery.
