The first was in 2014 shortly after my newlywed wife and I moved into our house. Shortly thereafter, I developed debilitating brain fog. I was an investment banker at the time and relied on mental math for my job. And suddenly I couldn’t add things up in my head. It felt like my brain was in the clouds... and I was scared. I tried the traditional routes to find answers, but to no avail.

It was then that I decided to visit my sister. Her practice, Modern Nutrition, LLC is in Merrill, WI. She utilizes MFT, which is an energy testing technique. At a basic level, energy and mass (matter) are interchangeable; they are different forms of the same thing. Since we are made of mass (matter), testing our energy is another way of getting information out of the body.

It was a foreign concept to me at the time. I was skeptical, but open-minded; what’s more, I was desperate. So, I had her test me. The result was that I needed a natural chelator, which was a supplement she provided that had only natural ingredients. Within six hours of taking the supplement, the brain fog cleared up and has never come back. We eventually found the cause of the brain fog and, after avoiding it, I no longer needed the supplement.

The second time my sister helped me was in 2015. I was suddenly stricken with tinnitus in my left ear, which is constant ringing or sound in the ear. I went to my general physician and two specialists. Test results confirmed I had tinnitus, but there were no solutions. I was told I may have to live with it. I went to my sister and had her test me. After three minutes, she told me that my body didn’t want beans and legumes. Again, I was skeptical, but again I was desperate. So, I cut out beans and legumes and within three days, my tinnitus was gone and has never come back. After giving my body some time away from beans and legumes, I can eat them again, but now keep them to a small quantity.

Finally, in 2017, my sister helped me when my nervous system was challenged. I was going through a period of stress in my job and suddenly had developed heart palpitations and other concerning symptoms related to stress and exacerbated by diabetes. I had my sister test me and the supplements I took as a result brought me back to health and vitality.

It was then I decided I wanted to share this technique with more people. I left my investment banking job to open Symmetry Natural Health. We opened on December 10, 2018 and we have received many amazing testimonials and stories of our clients’ triumphs in their own journeys towards health.

We’re passionate about natural solutions for holistic health. We support the innate intelligence of the body with whole food nutrition supplements and herbal and homeopathic remedies. Since I’ve started to test my own energy on a routine basis, I’ve never been healthier. I want to share this revolutionary and completely natural technique with as many people as I can.
