The Ripple Effect
Referral Program April + May 2026

Over the past 13 years I’ve had the privilege of working with over 5,000 clients at Symmetry and that ripple has expanded far beyond and we're going even farther this year.

Something I’ve noticed over time is that most people don’t struggle because they lack information.

They struggle because they need the right guidance at the right time.

In that spirit, we are growing our reach.

For the next 2 months, I’m opening 50 new client spots to work with us either in person or virtually. We work with distance clients daily and get the same results so even if the person you know who needs us isn't local, they can still work with us!

And I’m inviting our current clients to bring someone into our cirlce.

Good morning!

We will be opening at 10 today instead of 9. Alex can safely and easily get to the office, but we encourage anyone who can stay home to do that and let the road crews do their thing. It's very cold out there today as well!

We can reschedule in-person visits to virtual or for later in the week and if you come in, we'll be happy to see you!

This was the snow at Alex's yesterday and there's more now!

Symmetry clients - We only do this once every few years!

Every now and then we open a short window for past clients who have been meaning to get back in but haven’t scheduled yet.

If that’s you, now is the time.

For the rest of the month of March, if it’s been more than 3 months since your last visit, we’re offering a complimentary follow-up visit so we can get you reconnected and your protocol updated.

Most of our clients update their protocols every 8–12 weeks, even when they’re feeling great.

Why?

Because when we muscle test, we’re not only asking the body for solutions to symptoms you already know about. We’re also communicating with the central nervous system to understand what the body wants right now in order to stay balanced, resilient, and ahead of potential issues.

As the body heals, detoxes, and adapts, its priorities change.

Which means protocols that were correct a few months ago often need to be updated so we can continue supporting things like:

• detox pathways
• drainage and elimination
• foundational nutrition
• immune support
• nervous system regulation

This is one of the biggest advantages of working this way.. we can stay ahead of issues instead of chasing them later.

Symmetry Natural Health is seeking a full-time Operations & Client Experience Manager to lead front-of-house operations and ensure every client experience reflects the calm, professional, heart-centered environment we’re known for.

This role is the organizational anchor of the clinic and the person responsible for ensuring systems, communication, and client flow run smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do

Operations & Administration
- Manage daily clinic operations and front desk systems
- Maintain staff schedules and clinic calendar
- Co-manage supplement inventory and product ordering
- Coordinate shipping and receiving for clinic and online store orders
- Monitor inventory of top-selling products to prevent stock shortages
- Coordinate vendors and facility maintenance when needed

Client Experience
- Greet and check in clients warmly and professionally
- Manage phone calls, email, scheduling, and voicemail
- Ensure smooth client flow and efficient checkout
- Coordinate distance client orders and payments
- Schedule and manage red light and PEMF sessions
- Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment

Marketing & Communication
- Manage email campaigns
- Maintain current flyers and promotional inserts for client bags
- Respond to Facebook messages and clinic email inquiries
- Assist with workshop and event coordination

Our Ideal Candidate may have experience in:
- Customer Service
- Business Administration
- Marketing or Communications
- Hospitality or Retail
- Wellness or Fitness Environments
- Small Busines Operations

Schedule
Monday – Wednesday: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Thursday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits
$20-23/hour starting, 1 week paid vacation, Employee discounts and use of red light and PEMF beds
