6pm, come dressed all snuggled up, and get ready to wind down into yourself for a while 😌 Vinyasa class asks you to meet your body where it's at, and fill it with breath as you move it around in as much space as you choose to take up. Give yourself the time to take up all the space you need.

Details for tomorrow's chair massages 💆‍♀️

I will be offering sessions up to 15 minutes, max (So, you can sit for 1 minute, all the way up to 15 minutes, your choice!)

Payment will be BY DONATION ONLY 🥰 (ALL funds will go directly to 4everbods Fitness Club to fund local families!)

Payment must be in CASH only, please. NO CHANGE will be given (because I'm not doing math on the fly and fumbling with cash with all the activities going on around us... this will take time away from me being able to massage!)

And it will be on a first come, first serve basis! No sign ups, no holding spots. If you wanna be next, be next in line! 🥰

Over 40 local vendors (that's right, people who you will see shopping at your local stores, eating at a local restaurant, real-life people) will be set up selling everything they've got!! 🥰

This is the perfect spot to pick up some last-minute gifts, something unique you might not have even thought of, or find yourself something fun, too!

The best part of shopping at the market is that your money will be serving families right here in our own community. Small business owners truly are a special breed. And it just feels really good to support my people and not big corporations.

Just a reminder as we sit in the throws of winter... ❄️☃️

I never charge a late cancellation fee for weather related cancellations. No one should ever face dangerous situations to avoid paying for a missed service.

I will continue to remind my clients of this on days when I know poor weather is impending, however, sometimes the weather isn't bad here, but it is where you are!

I started my day by comparing armpit hair length with my first client.

I ended my day with my last client putting her next massage in her calendar as, 'torture session.'
