The lifts matter 🤝 but the trust matters more.

CrossFit rehab isn’t just sets and reps on a whiteboard. It’s the small moments- the nod before a big lift, the “you’ve got this” when doubt creeps in, the quiet push when your body says maybe not today.

Pain can make you feel like it’s just you against your own body. But it’s not. 🙌

You deserve someone in your corner who gets it 👉 who knows when to challenge you and when to just listen.

There’s a moment after an injury or flare-up that no one really talks about…

You’re cleared. You’re “better.”
But movement still feels… off.
You hesitate. Second guess. Avoid.
Not because you can’t- but because you’re not sure you should. 🤷

That’s the gap so many get stuck in.
And it’s where true recovery actually begins. 🙌

Why specialize in CrossFit athletes? The answer is pretty simple...

I fell in love with CrossFit a few years ago 🤷‍♂️

I didn't want to take the traditional physical therapy route. I wanted to use my degree a little bit differently.

🏋️ After falling in love with CrossFit and doing daily WODs, I saw firsthand the injuries that can come from CrossFit training if your body isn't prepared.

I also saw firsthand the incredible benefits that can come from CrossFit and how it can change people's lives.

➡️ So I decided I wanted to bridge that gap. I wanted to provide a solution so that if you're having aches and pains in the gym, it doesn't have to be a deal breaker. It doesn't have to be something that you give up altogether.

That's when I decided to pivot with my career and specialize specifically in CrossFit athletes.

And I have to be honest... it's been even more rewarding than I thought it would be. Getting to see an athlete go from having to sit on the sidelines because of an injury, to getting a new PR in the gym makes it all worth it.

Not just resting..
Or sitting on ice...
Or foam rolling before every workout...

Chances are, if you're doing these things, you're stuck in a cycle 🤷‍♂️

A cycle of getting to CrossFit ➡️ experiencing pain during your workout ➡️ going home and sitting on ice ➡️ coming back to the gym the next day to foam roll or tape your injury ➡️ repeat the next day

This cycle will just slowly make your injury worse and worse.

Disappointment.

To say I wasn’t disappointed following yesterday’s competition…I would be lying to you.

We didn’t execute up to our standard or what we know we are capable of.

There are excuses…and there are reasons…but the only thing that matters is what we will do next.

Sat in that disappointment for a bit, but quickly turned that into fuel.

Our competitive career is young with the total years between the 2 of us in CrossFit being < 2 years.

We’ve set our sights on competing at next summer…so the work starts now as we head into the “offseason”.

Grateful to get back into the competitive world with my man .

Excited for what’s to come 👀
