🌑❄️ Solstice Prayer for Healers, Empaths & Lightworkers ❄️🌑

Sacred Source of All That Is,
At this holy turning of the light,
we gather as those who feel deeply,
who see beneath the surface,
who serve as bridges between pain and peace.

We honor the long night—
for we know it well.
We have walked with others through shadow,
held hands in grief,
and carried hope when it was too heavy
for others to lift alone.

Tonight, we ask for rest.

Release from us what we have absorbed
that was never ours to carry.
Wash our energy clean of sorrow, fatigue,
old contracts, and silent vows of self-sacrifice.
Return us to ourselves—whole, sovereign, and renewed.

Reignite the light within our own hearts,
not as obligation,
but as truth.
Remind us that our worth
is not measured by how much we give away,
but by how fully we are aligned.

As the sun is reborn,
so are we.
Let our gifts flow from overflow, not depletion.
Let our compassion be guided by wisdom.
Let our boundaries be holy.
Let our healing begin within.

Bless our hands, our voices, our presence—
but first, bless our souls with peace.

May we walk forward into the returning light
clear, grounded, and protected.
May we serve without losing ourselves.
May we shine without burning out.
May we remember that we, too,
are worthy of the healing we offer the world.

We stand in balance—
between darkness and dawn,
between service and self,
between earth and sky.

And in this sacred still point,
we choose renewal.
We choose alignment.
We choose light—
within and without.
