In this dynamic movement class, Bowspring, you can learn to do this! I've created this video as a small peak into what it can look like.
This Awaken Your Bow class not only helps us to expand our bodies (or gain space in our body if you will) but it also helps regulate our nervous system by bringing us back to floor and slowing us down as we were in infancy.
We are mirrors for our infants and children. If we can allow OUR body to be open and regulated then our children can begin to model that openness and regulation as well ๐ช
I've seen countless clients who are struggling with tightness in their babies AND who are struggling with breastfeeding (I'm also speaking from my own personal experience). Once we can get the body moving, gain space, and breathe - then we start to thrive ๐
