At Advanced Physical Therapy, we help patients recover from:

⚡ Cervical Radiculopathy – nerve irritation that causes pain, tingling, or weakness down the arm
🤕 Cervicogenic Headaches – headaches that actually start in the neck
😵 Cervicogenic Dizziness – balance or lightheaded sensations stemming from neck dysfunction

Our therapists use individualized, evidence-based treatment plans including manual therapy, posture training, and specific exercises to relieve pain and restore function — so you can move freely and feel your best again.
