Who has two thumbs and just applied for their independent license?! ME! So much work has gone into this-literally thousands of hours-between studying, my practicum and then accumulating direct client hours and supervision-this journey has been a lot. I couldn’t have done it without support so I’d like to thank my village💚💚-

I am all for the informed approach, however-our aren’t everyone else’s responsibility. Especially if you’re an adult-it’s up to you to learn how to manage your own (because people WILL trigger you, they won’t care and you don’t have to let that run your life)

Since I work with so many moms (and am one myself), I felt this was so important to share. We do a lot! And it’s a thankless job with s**t pay😂 So-as women and mothers, I think we all need to be kinder to one another and, more importantly, to ourselves.

I’ve shared posts about internalized in the past-this is another one. The fact that our society values is fine, but I often encourage people to stop and really think about who benefits the most from your labor? Take your , use your -it’s YOURS! Rest-it’s ok, I promise.
