Creating Habits for a Healthy Life

Hi, I'm Lani Fisher.

Most people know me as the owner of Pure Knead Massage, the trusted private massage therapist for professional athletes for over 10 years, a natural healer, an active mom and a wife. However my life didn’t always look like this.

Growing up, I was taught that there was a pill to solve every problem. I wanted to become a doctor and planned to use massage as a way to put myself through medical school. In 2002 I became an LMT specializing in structural massage and injury rehabilitation. I learned to heal people through movements designed to realign their body and give them back range of motion and lost all interest in western medicine.

After years of operating Pure Knead Massage, I realized that not everyone has the time or money to get professional massages. You need a quick fix that you can achieve on your own, anywhere, anytime that can help immediately.
