❕Late Policy ❕

Here at Stellar all of our clients are on an appointment basis, so your time is specifically reserved for you ♥️ Please remember that last minute cancellations and no showing affects our staffs schedule and pay. Because of this, all shorter appointments (45 minutes and under) have a 5 minute late policy, and all longer appointments (hour and above) have a 10 minute late policy. Anything past our 5 or 10 minute late policy will be an automatic reschedule and charged for the appointment you couldn’t make.

And please always give us a call if you think you’ll be a few minutes late, communication is so important to us! 💋🫶🏼
