We had a great time bringing the fun to another wonderful community while representing Linley Park. There was plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and a few lucky winners along the way! Events like these are such a great way to connect, share smiles, and enjoy time together.

Our maintenance crew does more than fix things—they ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for every single day. From checking equipment, repairing rooms, and keeping hallways secure, to making sure every corner of our facility feels like home, their work touches every part of our community. 🏡

Your dedication, skill, and quiet problem-solving make a huge difference. We notice the early mornings, the late calls, and every little thing you do to keep our residents safe and happy.

Today was one of those moments that reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

A former resident who recently graduated from our program came back to visit ; not because she had to, but because she wanted to. Even more special, she surprised our team with lunch as a heartfelt thank you.

Seeing her walk through our doors healthy, confident, and full of gratitude was the greatest gift of all. Her journey wasn’t easy. It took courage, commitment, and a whole lot of hard work. To witness her transformation and then experience her kindness today meant everything to us.

Recovery is possible. and moments like this remind us that the impact goes both ways. While we support our residents, they inspire us right back.

We are so incredibly proud of her.

Matt keeps our nursing team running smooth and always makes sure our residents get the best care possible. He’s the kind of guy who jumps in wherever he’s needed. Whether it’s helping a resident, checking in with staff, or just sharing a good laugh in the hallway.

Over the weekend, our team had the honor of speaking at the Pilot Club Summit of South Carolina. Sharing about the wonderful things happening at Linley Park Post Acute and the compassionate care we provide to our residents.

We’re so thankful for the Pilot Club’s warm welcome and partnership as we collected donations to support our residents. Your kindness and community spirit help us continue to make Linley Park feel like home.

Today we’re excited to introduce Holly, our amazing Social Worker and Discharge Planner here at Linley Park Post Acute!

Holly plays such an important role in helping our residents and families transition smoothly through their care journey. She’s compassionate, organized, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels supported and informed every step of the way.

When she’s not at work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Carolina Game C***s . We’re so grateful to have her on our team and appreciate all she does for our residents and families each day!
