So great to be back on the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts grounds for Gifts & Graces!
Once a month, Southwest Institute of Healing Arts hosts Gifts & Graces, first Friday a different presenter from various backgrounds and modalities. Last night, the presenter's theme for the night was cultivating inner stability & being at peace within. A guided yoga nidra to go within, explore our self awareness, and change our own frequency. After the presentation, there are vendors and services offered to the community. I offered complimentary chair massages for relaxation and ease neck and shoulder tension.
Full circle night. I graduated there thirteen years ago for massage therapy 750, I've been back many times to continue my education over the years, and this summer I completed the Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching 755 program. It was my first time being back on the new campus offering my services. It was good to be back!

🌹Sedona Sacred Sisters will be meeting once again on the trail! ThisThursday 3/27 4:30PM sharp to sunset, we will meet at a trail entrance/facility for a 15 minute hike and connect in a group circle. This is for any ladies interested in meeting other local and traveling women to share about life, empower each other through challenges, and inspire alignment through self reflection.
