Let’s talk Purpose.


Realization of this is so so powerful. I can speak from my personal experience, one that is 30+ years in the making.


Finding purpose for me has required many deep dives into my purest essence.


It has taken structured programs, coaching, 1000s of hours of practice. Yoga. Breathwork. Meditation. Journaling.


It has had very joyful peaks and extremely intense valleys of insightful somberness.


It has truly been and I think will always continue to be an evolution.


Finding my purpose for me began with listing out my core values.


Through this exercise I was able to define on paper who I was, I then sat with this realization for quite some time.


Often times when we do work like this it requires us to peel back layers upon layers of conditioning.


Old stories that others have planted in our subconscious along the way. Stories that no longer serve us, and if we continue to feed them we drain our energies.


It has required a greater understanding of ego and it’s divine purpose to keep us safe. In our comfort zones.


I approached it with confidence and a trusting nature that no matter the outcome. I WAS ENOUGH.


I am here to affirm that after all this practice, and unpacking, that my purpose is to be of service, as a healer. Someone who’s divine calling is to help guide others to experiencing life at a higher wavelength.


A guide to help communities gain perspective. A coach to help others recognize and free up their fullest most beautiful powers.

In a way I always knew this, in my gut, my instincts told me I was here to help. I’m just now leaning into this space. Showing up and truly leaning into what I am called, aligned and fired up to do.

A wise man told me once. If you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life.

You know what as I type this out now. Exhausted from long hours of 9/5 work, healing as a side hustle, beat up from car work, right out of the gym. I think this man was on to something.

My energy in this space is so prolific. It’s truly of universal source, and this is just the beginning and I am so grateful for this journey! Every last piece of it.

I have a question for you.


Are you currently showing up 𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐘 for yourself and others in your life?

Today and everyday I encourage you to lead with power and presence but knowing that deeply routed in that is the gift of 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍.


It’s so true that when we radiate out an energy it opens up a loop. A loop that is destined to come back your way.


We often link this or hear about this with investments, if we invest in someone or donate somewhere it will circle back.


This statement couldn’t be more true. However, that’s not what I want to focus on.


Let’s talk 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍. Holding space for another and truly practicing non-judgement and acceptance for them.


This can shift people’s day to day experience quick. Being SEEN in a non-judgmental way has prolific impact on us as human beings.


This doesn’t only exist when linking to another, this also exists within. Practice compassion and non-judgement with oneself.


We are often our most judgmental sometimes unconsciously with ourselves. When we lean into being more compassionate, we create the space for acceptance and happiness to set in.

Let’s talk about stress.


We all experience it in some way, shape or form.


Where do you feel it in your body?


Do you feel your heart rate rise, do you feel a physical tightness in your chest?


Do you feel yourself taking shallower breathes?


These are all things clients I have worked with have shared. Wild right?


Now what if i told you right now, you can do something for 30 seconds that will help relieve this stress in a healthy way ✨☀️


That’s right. We all have access to the ᴮᴿᴱᴬᵀᴴ and i’ll share with you a practice I personally utilize when I feel “stress” creeping in.


1.) Straighten the spine. Seated position. Ears over shoulders, shoulders over hips.
2.) Chin away from chest, in line with earth creating one line for breath to flow
3.) Take a deep inhale threw the nose (at least 5 counts)
4.) Hold in for 5 counts
5.) Exhale for as long as possible


Repeating this process 3-5 times will start to create a response of safety in the body. Relaxing the nervous system’s response to stress.


Heart beat relaxes. Breathes lengthen. Focus is restored.


Please let this be a reminder of the power of the breath and how it can 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 how we experience life.

Just a reminder.


On our journey it’s important to feel all of our emotions.

A positive perspective is key and through strong routines I’ve learned on my journey I am starting to feel deeply into the uncomfortable.


I find that the darkest of storms end up leading into the most beautiful of light.

Challenge Accepted.

Last week during travel i found myself facing a huge limiting belief, something that has been with me for as long as I can remember.

I have been doing deep work towards identifying and reframing my beliefs to create massive growth in all areas of my life and yet this was still there, hitting me directly in the face.

It was massive, i felt this belief this fear, palpably in my body. More than ever, it was impossible to ignore. I felt my body tense up, my breathing shifted and my hands got sweaty.

It was a fear of death. More so a fear of heights but paired with death by falling.

Here i was amidst a beautiful landscape in Sedona, AZ. Surrounded by some of the most breathtaking views I have seen nature so gratefully provide us with.

Scared to DEATH!

Now I could have let this absolutely derail me, it almost did. I could have gotten back in the car and driven to a safer spot.

However, this time was different.

Thanks to my training, and practice i knew that i must approach this with radical acceptance, lean into the experience rather than resist and run away.

I decided to sit through my bodies fight or flight response, i leaned into the experience with breath, reframing my belief telling myself that I literally was safe. Secure. Held. Supported.

I couldn’t help but then experience a new level of experience. A level of freedom I had yet to feel. One that actually gentle whispered something “Crazy”. It said...Ray

U control your own destiny. And u my friend are ready to jump out of an airplane and beat this fear of falling once and for all.

Now maybe we don’t have to go to that extreme, and i’m still determining if that’s truly in store for me but let this be a reminder. We literally can do anything we set our mind to. We create our experience.

Emotions arise, experiences happen but if we approach them authentically and lean into the “welcome challenges” life begins to feel a whole lot less restrictive.

Let this be your reminder. Lean into the challenge it’s part of the journey and in all honestly, sometimes it’s the most beautiful part!

Just when you thought you could not. Guess what you can.


Yes, this is yoga. In fact it’s a favorite pose of mine.


Taking Mountain Pose or Tadasana is an amazing way to start your day or end your day.


This pose improves circulation, posture and digestion as well as creating the space for increased energy.


Pair this with a couple of full belly breathes and watch the stress and worry literally fade away.


Inhale. Exhale. Breath in. Breath out.

Show up for YOURSELF first before anyone else.


Carve out time to fill your cup. Even if it feels uncomfortable. Yoga. Breath. Meditation.


Most of all continue to take messy action towards your goals.


You will never be “ready” there will always be something more you’d like to have before launching x,y,z.


It’s often the point of most resistance that provides the biggest breakthrough.


Told this to a client today and it shifted EVERYTHING!

Allow me to reintroduce myself….but before I do I want to tune back in from my digital detox to reflect on 2020.

First, yes it’s possible and beyond powerful to shut down from social media, put the phone aside for a bit (hours, days, weeks) and still be productive and even better incredibly present on the things that are actually happening around you.

The term digital dementia is scary; it’s something I learned about this year thanks to Jim Kwik and his book Limitless. It inspired me to begin restructuring my relationship with social mediums, more on this later.

As I recap on 2020, it was beyond prolific on so many fronts; the first thing that shines is an additional influx of time to TURN INWARD.

I’m beyond grateful for the support I have around me, and this past year really highlighted that. I sat back and did a lot of listening, frankly the most listening I’ve ever done, holding space and letting my heart lead the way.

I meet and worked with my first ever life coach, Shaker who even during a global fu***ng pandemic, was able to stoke fire inside of me, fire that would no longer allow me to watch years go by with goals not met, rocks stills unturned, life not lived. Love this dude!

I watched a close friend transition into coaching and change people’s lives in front of my own eyes which was so beautiful and inspiring. Thank you for that and the tip off on Matt’s power

I was given the opportunity to learn new platforms to continue to deliver, the now more important than ever, grounding practice of yoga and meditation @ Hartford Sweat. It was so amazing to be apart of the pivots you all made to continue to provide connection, relaxation and positivity.

I starting working with a group of learning disabled adults in community, providing yoga and breath work and watched large transformation happen again. Feeling closer than ever to my “WHY”. This group’s energy and commitment to trusting the process was unmatched to anything I’ve seen in life yet.

I actually had a student who was inaudible begin to talk, for the first time after 20+ years. Saying meditation and yoga insights he learned in my class. YES, I cried, a lot! IT LITE MY FIRE!

I leaned into dark spots with the most holistic approach I have ever taken thanks to UMASS MBSR program, completing 8 weeks of training on mindfulness meditation. Dialing in my focus and reimagining what matters collectively.

Most of all, I prayed, meditated and held so much space for everyone who suffered in 2020. LET’S PAUSE FOR THIS AGAIN. There has never been a year where I felt more called to shine my light even when everything around me tried to shut it down.

I tried my hardest to impact the small community around me, buying local, reaching out to friends and family, liking social pages, sending DMs just because they matter. PAUSE.

Every thought we have, every word we speak, every breath we take, every life we touch matters. They are all energy, energy that we all collectively can channel and combine to live the best lives we’ve ever imagined. Free from enslavement of thought or judgment. Obtain any goal you’ve ever set.

Mindful of this, I roll into 2021 feeling lighter, called to stand up more for what my core values are. I will continue to expand my skillset to better serve those called to me. I will continue to shine my light in the darkest of hours. Most of all I will honor my hearts destiny to dive deeper in being A PROLIFICALLY POSITIVE HYPE MAN whom has access to tools that can impact the masses.

Let’s breath. Let’s mediate. Let’s stretch. Let’s laugh. Let’s cry. Let’s honor things that serve us. Let’s honor things that don’t. Let’s live abundantly. Let’s hold space and continue to show up for those that need it the most…..OURSELVES!
