When I was first struggling with an eating disorder, I had no clue where to turn. Thankfully, helped me connect with different resources in my community and I am now able to celebrate almost ten years of recovery thanks to a lot of the organizations you see listed here.

If you or a loved one are in need of any support please feel free to send me a message and I can point you in the right direction! You matter, and deserve help. 💫

It’s so easy to get caught in the cycle of thinking your goals can be achieved at the other end of weight loss but no amount of weight gained or lost will determine your worth or success. 💪🏼

Noom, Weight Watchers, Keto, Nutrisystem, etc. don’t have your health as their top priority. 👋🏼

Diet culture’s role is to give you an unrealistic expectation of bodies:
- a bigger butt
- small waist
- long lean legs
And then convince you to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on the next “fix”

You have permission to listen to your body and to tune out these multimillion dollar industries who are trying to persuade you of their narrow version of “health”.

Let’s unsubscribe from duet culture together 🚫

🙅‍♀️Restriction Free Zone🙅‍♀️

All foods fit and all bodies fit.

Have you ever craved something and realized the more your try to “substitute” or skip it- the more you want it?

Unless a food makes you feel icky (nauseous, in pain, etc.) there’s no need to cut it out. Make space for foods that fill your belly and your soul. You DESERVE dinner with friends, food freedom and to fuel your body well.

If you’re ever thinking- “I NEVER know what to make for dinner and it’s so frustrating” feel free to send a message my way! I have tons of quick and simple meal ideas for everyone.

Food deserts impact 14% of Arizona’s population. A food desert is when people have limited or zero access to nutritious food options.

By supporting community gardens, establishing bus stop or mobile farmers markets and utilizing nonprofit resources we can work towards greater access to healthy food.

Also, healthy food looks different for everyone. For example, broccoli makes my stomach feel awful so I avoid it even though it’s seen as a healthy food!

Take the jump to exploring intuitive eating and how foods benefit your body. You deserve food freedom ✨

My “mantra” of sorts as a coach is: if food is taking up any sort of brain space during your day, you deserve to be free of those thoughts.

Just think- how much more could you accomplish if you weren’t stressing about food?!

Feeding yourself should be EASY, it shouldn’t be stressful, upsetting or fear-inducing. You deserve to learn how to intuitively feed yourself without the food guilt.

PREPARE
By donating to nonprofits like we can prepare individuals with the finding, resources, and warning signs they need access to if ever faced with an eating disorder.
