5 actual tips to improve your relationship with food

1. LEARN about food & its uses. If you think a single food will make you “fat”, you know very little about nutrition and how our food and body actually works.

2. ACKNOWLEDGE you have (or might have) an “all or nothing” mindset. Then take steps to overcome this.

3. Be willing to FUEL your body vs eat as little as possible.

4. RE-ASSESS the “food rules” you gave yourself. Are they actually helping you or are they making you stress about food more?

5. OBSERVE the people around you that eat in balance all the time. What can you take away from their success? If they can do it, so can you. You just have to let go of your mindset barriers.
