Having a teacher working exclusively with you means their eyes are only on you. They will make sure that you’re entering and exiting out of poses in a manner to ensure your safety. The teacher also has the ability to offer you variations right on the spot!

Many people who want to start a yoga practice often find themselves becoming curious about other wellness and spirituality topics. Your private yoga teacher is your guide to specific topics you’d like to learn about or to help you to find ways to incorporate other spiritual elements into your routine.

� 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
As exciting it is to start a whole new yoga practice, it can also come with its challenges. Your private yoga teacher will be there for you every step of the way during your session and in between sessions to help you to hold yourself accountable to committing to your personal goals, and to address anything that might come up for you physically, emotionally or spiritually. Rest assured, your private yoga teacher will have a “yoga flow” for that!

Before scheduling our first session together, we start off with an introductory phone call to discuss your yoga needs in order to start developing the yoga student/yoga teacher relationship. We listen to all of your concerns or issues that you are seeking support with by starting up your own consistent yoga practice.
