We will be bringing lots of wellness goodies from the apothecary like our own teas, bitters, tonics, bath soaks & more.

Performances from Sa Roc, Black Stax, Kevin Gardner & Star 5, and Luther Ray.

Delicious plant-based food samples!

+ Wellness booths featuring mental health resources, gang violence & drug prevention info, and local business opportunities. It’s a day dedicated to health, well-being, and community empowerment! 🍒

I miss seeing all of you guys at the shop ♥️ but I am so happy that is all moved in and opened. The messages I’ve gotten from you all about liking them are also so nice to hear! I have a few pop-ups coming up at for both Thursday September 4th and Thursday October 2nd. I am mainly selling my own teas + herbal products but I will have a small curation of things from the apothecary on the table as well 🕊️

Here is a little update on our hours over the next month! Today and through this weekend, we will be closed for Memorial Day! The only other day we will be closed is June 26th, and that is for a pop-up market we are doing with for their employees!

As we are coming near the end of the shop I am going to start closing an hour earlier as well. July days/hours are yet to be decided but I will let you all know soon ♥️ Thank you for continuing to come in and shop these last few weeks!

We have a few prints by left in the shop ✨ Having the opportunity to showcase some of her prints in the shop is such an honor! You might have seen her at one of her many solo and group exhibitions, through her mural work including in Redmond, or even through her community work - like when she organized and led Snohomish BLM protests in 2020 ♥️

Happy Mother’s Day 🌼 I am so grateful for all of the women in my family who share a deep, unconditional love within them. A love so deep that it has spanned many generations. The love I feel for others and myself can be traced back through my mother and her mother and probably through many other generations in my family. Throughout my life, I have met many other mothers like my mother and grandmother. Women who have such a bright light shining through them that they never seem to run out of light to share with others. Even on their bad days, their determination to see the good in the world and people allows them to move through life with such great empathy! It’s a state of being that allowed my mother to move through the waves of motherhood - to give her body, mind, and life to her children. The deep devotion that I can see but will never truly know until I have children of my own.

The greatest gift my mother gave me was not love but her ability to be love and in return, I hope to share that state of being with my future children ♥️

Palm Dish from I love tiny dishes, not just to look at them but to store some of my more dainty items in the bathroom or on my bedside table!

Happy Mood Mix by If I'm not burning incense, I love a good mix of essential oils to set the mood.

Calm Tummy Bitters by I always carry around bitters! They are perfect before meals to help aid in properly digesting your food but also after eating if you find yourself dealing with any uncomfortable bloating or gas.

Tin Candle from I love a good candle especially ones that come in vessels that are easy to reuse once they are fully burned!

Incense Cones from Auroshikha! I burn incense daily and personally like to switch between cones, sticks and resin.

Happy Thursday 🌿 Thursdays have both a Monday and Friday feel at the shop! It’s our “first” week day open each week but yet it’s perfectly balanced by the Thursday almost Friday energy that people seem to come into the shop with! It already feels like the weekend. Thursdays we’ve also been getting a lot of new inventory in each week. So the day is filled with the fun energy of opening all of the new packages, seeing regulars from the neighborhood stop in and just getting to enjoy the slower pace of Ballard on Thursdays!
