Born in Peru and raised in Seattle. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for 14 years. I am a lifelong athlete, competitive swimmer, and a former bodybuilder.
I was able to combat struggling for years with depression and anxiety by making fitness and nutrition a priority and a lifestyle.
I have helped 500+ women transform their lives. I am a certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Pre-& Postnatal & Menopause Coaching Specialist.
I have a passion for helping busy moms and menopausal women become the best version of themselves. My goal is to pay it forward by guiding women in the right direction by empowering them to build muscle, burn fat, and boost energy without over-exercising or restrictive diets.
At the end of the day every new client of mine is not just one more client to me. They are a reflection of my work and I go above and beyond to give them the best results.
With my 1:1 personalized women and mom fitness programs and sustainable nutrition guidance I am confident that all of my mom clients will achieve their health and fitness goals.
When I am not training my clients you can find me at the gym lifting weights, riding my bike along the Burke Gilman Trail, hiking the North Cascades in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, roller skating at Alki Beach, trail running at Discovery Park down to the beach, trying new healthy recipes, and spending time with my husband and my puppy Milo.
