Kobe once shared that when he was 11 years old, he didn’t score a single point the entire summer league. Not one.

His dad didn’t shame him.
Didn’t pressure him.
Didn’t attach love to performance.

He simply said: “I love you whether you score 0 or 60.”

That’s what creates growth.
Safety to fail.
Freedom to try.
Space to keep showing up.

Who would’ve thought my first AŠVA session in Toronto would happen on a GO Transit train platform? 🚉 After all of us missed our train (even though the conductor definitely saw us 👀😂), I ended up connecting with these amazing guys.

What started as strangers in an inconvenient moment turned into something powerful and inspiring. I got to share AŠVA with community pillars in Toronto, hear their stories, and connect through the universal language of mind, body, and breath. 🌬️

This experience reminded me: you are never truly “late” — you’re always right on time, exactly where you’re meant to be. What feels like an obstacle can be a blessing in disguise.

Mindfulness, peace, and clarity don’t just belong in classrooms, gyms, or apps — they can show up anywhere. Even on a train platform, no mats or chairs needed. All you need is YOU and your presence. Everything flows from there. ✨
