Cannabis bills are being heard on Tuesday 1/16 at 4pm that will impact the WA cannabis market if passed.
The most concerning bill to us addresses lifting the residency requirement on license ownership in WA State. We are CON on proposed legislation HB 1341 being pushed by a few high-profile brands and their lobby.

Also being heard on Tuesday are bills to:
1) HB 2194 to remove the Class C felony for growing at home for personal use
