In order to CHANGE your BODY you need to CHANGE your MIND first.
Our subconscious controls everything in our body, literally every cell in our body: our blood pumping, our heartbeat, hormones, and so much more. And weight settings as well. Have you noticed some people eat what they want and stay thin and some gain weight from eating plain lettuce? That's because the programming of these people are different. That is why weight loss needs to come from your head first.

What can help with changing subconscious settings?
- Uncovering your limiting beliefs that prevent you from losing weight and changing them.
- Changing your identity from "I'm chubby/overweight" to "I'm healthy and slim". Start this change in your mind and your body will catch up.
- Listening to hypnosis or guided meditations - fastest and easiest way to reprogram your mind.
- Set a clear intention - know your end goal. Unless you know where you're going you will get nowhere.

Easiest way to get rid of negativity in your mind is WRITING.

I call it Emotional Dumping.
Take a notebook or a piece of paper and start writing down anything that comes to your mind for 5-10mins. No judgment, no fear, no thinking about what you're writing.

JUST WRITE AND LET GO.

Emotional state is important. Same way you take care of your body every day, same way you should take care of your mind. Practice Emotional Dumping often and you will have a healthier and happier life.

DIET - what a SCARY word for my brain!⁠

As soon as I mention this word - I want to eat ALL the FOOD in my fridge and on my storage shelves. ⁠

Why? Because my brain already knows from the previous experience that we will starve, we won't be able to eat what we want, and who knows, POTENTILALLY die of starvation if it goes long enough. Not logical in our well-off society but not so well-known for our thousand or even million of years brain that went through evolution. Genes memory is powerful, it remembers the starvation and deprivation from thousands or millions of generations before you. That is why restrictions in food so hard to sustain - your whole subconscious mins is against you. It wants the best for you - to live and thrive and who cares if you don't like your extra pounds - better be safe than sorry. ⁠

That's why I don't do diet anymore. Because they don't work. Because they do more harm than good. Because you can't sustain them long-term. Because you gain more weight after. ⁠

Is it sad? ⁠
Is it tired? ⁠
Is it full of energy? ⁠
Is it healthy? ⁠
Does it need rest? ⁠
Or food? ⁠
Or exercise? ⁠
What does it need at this moment?⁠

How often you pay attention to what body is telling you through the signs of aches, pains, sleepiness, tiredness? Do you pay attention? Do you try to figure out what it needs at this exact moment? Maybe it doesn't' want the food you're eating right now due to being tired and stressed? Maybe it wants the rest? Showing extra calories down won't save you from exhaustion, it will give you some short-term boost but it will catch up with you. ⁠

We take our bodies for granted but they also need love, care and support. ⁠

So how often do you listen to your body? ⁠
