Fremont, that's a wrap!
Just over 9 years ago I moved to Seattle knowing NO ONE and opened Seed of Life in Fremont in a tiny room on N 35th st. Some of you probably remember my sweet little Hobbit Hole of a room. It welcomed so many new lives into the world, held onto a lot of stories, and was a safe container for me to become a Small Business Owner.
Fast forward to 2020 and I moved the practice to N 36th st - to a space that was just beyond my imagining. Most of you met me here and journeyed with me to find Dr. D. She helped put her mark on this space and grow Seed of Life to its current status. We are a heart open, gentle space that invites people to join us on a wellness journey.
This space has been the place where I learned to be more than a Doctor, but a mentor.
And, oh, if walls could talk... The stories these would tell. They have held space for vulnerability, fiery anger, fear, grief, but more importantly, growth, light, transformation, and JOY. They have witnessed humans in their humanity (especially this one). They have heard baby giggles, sobs, belly laughs, and sighs.
This space has held so many of us and it has been beautiful.
And just like that, 9 years have flown by and it's time to leave Fremont. To have Better Parking. To have a space that can hold community events. To have a reception space that can hold families❤️
It's time to start our Eastlake Chapter.
I have so many dreams for this space. I have so much hope. I am so grateful for the community that this practice is. I look forward to adding another provider to our clinic. I look forward to growing with you.
