Some of the most capable, compassionate women I know are also the most exhausted.

They are holding businesses.
Holding families.
Holding teams.
Holding communities.

And doing it with very little space to be held themselves.

Leadership in small communities can be especially heavy. The responsibility is relational. The impact is personal. And stepping back isn’t always simple.

But sustainable leadership requires reflection.
It requires support.

It requires moments where you are not the one carrying everything.

The Way Forward is a one-day retreat for women who lead — at work, at home, in the community — and who are ready to explore a more grounded, embodied, and shared way of leading. I am co-leading with the incredible Tania Gonzalez Ortega. ✨🌈🌀💕

March 14 | A quiet yurt between Twisp & Winthrop
10am–3pm | Lunch included
Limited to 12 women.

The world is moving through profound change, and many of us are feeling it in our bodies, our lives, and in the way we are being asked to show up.

Something is calling us toward a different way forward — even if we don’t yet have words for it.

It is becoming clearer that the old ways are no longer holding.

This is a time that asks for pause before urgency and rushing — not to turn away from what is happening, but to meet it with greater presence, clarity, and collective care.

If you are craving a place to land, reflect, and move forward more intentionally, you are warmly invited to The Way Forward retreat with Tania Gonzalez Ortega and me.

Saturday, March 14 | 10am–3pm

The world feels loud right now.

So many of us are carrying more than our share — responsibility, urgency, grief, expectations. It’s easy to slip into the belief that the only way forward is to push harder or move faster.

But what if that’s not true?

Yes, we need to dismantle the systems that are no longer working. But we cannot use the same mentality and energy that created the broken systems to respond and rebuild.

This moment is asking for something different — not more force, but more presence. Not urgency, but intention. Not isolation, but relational and community-oriented.

I’ve been feeling this deeply in my own life. And it’s part of why I’m co-creating The Way Forward with Tania Gonzalez Ortega a one-day women’s retreat just before the Spring Equinox.

This day isn’t about escaping what’s happening in the world. It’s about grounding into our bodies and hearts so we can meet it differently. It’s about stepping out of the noise and into honest, supportive conversation with other women who are also asking:

What am I no longer willing to carry?
What kind of future do I want to help shape?

How do we move forward in a way that’s sustainable — for ourselves and for the world?

We’ll move, reflect, breathe, and spend time in ritual and nature. We’ll gather in circle — not to fix the world, but to listen and remember that we’re not alone in this.

No forcing clarity.
No performance.

Just space to pause at the threshold and consider a different way forward.

If this speaks to something in you, I’d love to have you join us.

A collection of photos from the cycles and seasons, magic and mystery of 2025.

And a short reflection on the past year:
I tried on a new kind of leadership in 2025. One rooted in collaboration and vulnerability. A willingness to be unraveling and learning and attempting to shed outgrown patterns at the same time that I’m leading and teaching. A type of leadership where I’m walking side by side with my colleagues, patients and circle sisters. A path where we’re deeply learning about ourselves and walking each other home. What an honor.

I’ve been shedding old ideas of what true success and power look like. It’s not power over, but rather power with. It’s rebuilding my agency. Releasing the outgrown, old, crunchy patterns that lead to burnout and exhaustion. Rebuilding trust in myself and the unknown. Trusting that regular rest and spaciousness uncover the type of inner guidance I need to lead.

I’m redefining what it means for me to be an entrepreneur and a leader. Building a foundation that honors the wisdom and power of cycles and rhythms, both my own and the earth’s. It feels impossible and rebellious in a world built on hustle and grind disguised as “success.” But ignoring our inner voices and need for rest is part of what’s leaving us disconnected from one another.

The most beautiful and vital lessons about forgiveness, patience and how to repair hurt have come from the littlest people in my life. Motherhood continues to be my most rewarding and challenging work in this world. But what an honor to be mama to my two beautiful babes.

💕 For 2026…
Calling in more joy and laughter. Sometimes I take life a little too seriously.

Calling in deeper wisdom around collaborative leadership, and the medicine available in circles of women - the cure to loneliness and the path to belonging.

Calling in more magic and mystery. And the space to soften and to receive all the magic and mystery that’s always around us.

The world can feel like it’s falling apart, but I believe in our ability to come together, to listen closely to the whispers of the animals, and to deeply love one another.

Here’s to a new year! ✨🌀

It’s been awhile since I’ve reintroduced myself here—and with so many new faces and changes arising in me, it feels like time.♡

I’m Jenna. I’m a naturopathic doctor, mother of two beautiful beings, and a guide for women moving through seasons of change. I live and practice in the Methow Valley of Washington, where the mountains and nature constantly remind me of the cycles and rhythms within us. 🏔️🌀

I’m the owner of Wild Women Wellness, an in-person and virtual naturopathic clinic located at . I work with women one-on-one and in group settings.

Much of my work centers on moments of transition—when hormones shift, cycles change, energy drops, identities unravel, or something inside quietly asks for deeper care.

These moments aren’t problems to fix or push through. They’re invitations to slow down, listen more closely, and tend to what’s asking for attention.

My work is rooted in the belief that women are not broken. Our bodies are deeply intelligent. Symptoms are signals—not failures—and with the right support, context, and compassion, they can become powerful teachers.

These days, I primarily support women navigating perimenopause and other major life transitions, with care that weaves together science, nervous system support, and respect for the body’s natural rhythms.

I own Wild Women Wellness, an in person and virtual clinic. I work with women one on one and in group settings.

I’m so glad you’re here. If something I share resonates, feel free to say hello in the DMs—I’d truly love to meet you. ♡

🚨 Big news for women’s health! The FDA has removed the Black Box Warning from vaginal estrogen—a warning that caused decades of fear, shame, and unnecessary suffering.

For too long, women were denied safe, effective hormone therapy. Estrogen is foundational for your brain, bones, heart, muscles, vaginal & urinary health, and quality of life. 💜

This decision is a step toward evidence-based care, empowerment, and listening to women’s bodies.

✨ If you’ve been unsure about hormone therapy, told it’s “dangerous,” or dismissed—this is your moment to explore your options safely and confidently. All forms of hormones are not appropriate for all bodies, but you deserve an educated, compassionate conversation with your provider about your options 🔥

💃🏼 Have questions about HRT or your symptoms? Reply or DM us—we’re here to help.

Dr. Kellie just back from the Menopause Society Conference in Orlando — a sold-out event packed with thousands of passionate providers (99% women!) all focused on improving menopause care. 🙌

Here’s what she has to share about it:

I was one of only a handful of naturopathic doctors there, and it was so validating to see conventional medicine finally catching up to what we’ve been saying for years — perimenopause starts earlier than conventionally thought.

Dr. Marcie Richardson shared new research showing that symptoms often begin before any cycle changes — things like fatigue, anxiety, low mood, and that sense of “Not Feeling Like Myself” (she even coined it: NFLM).

It’s time for providers to recognize and validate this stage, not dismiss it.

And it’s exactly what we’re already doing at Wild Women Wellness — supporting real women through real physiological transitions, with compassion and evidence-based care.

Are you feeling the NFLM vibes? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to go through it without guidance.

Join the online cohort of Talking Perimenopause Course starting next Thursday, Nov 6.

Something happens in our 40s.

A deep, internal signal that we can no longer override. Our bodies—and our wombs—begin speaking louder.

The strategies that used to “work” — pushing through, skipping meals, staying up late, managing everyone else’s needs — suddenly stop working.

We become more sensitive to stress.
Our sleep changes.
Our energy shifts.
Our tolerance for BS drops to zero.

Our bodies start talking louder, asking us to listen.

Not because we’re broken — but because we’re being invited into deeper alignment.

This is the wisdom of perimenopause.

Your body isn’t fighting you; it’s calling you home.

✨ Talking Perimenopause is where we explore this — together.

A 6-week journey to understand your changing body, regulate your stress response, and create systems of sustainable support.

We don’t need another supplement stack or “miracle” menopause product.

We need community.

We need connection.

We need space to be heard — to ask questions, to understand what’s happening in our bodies, and to receive support that feels grounded and empowering.

You’re not broken.

You don’t need to be fixed.

This phase of life isn’t the end of something — it’s a reclamation. A remembering of our power, our intuition, and our collective wisdom.

That’s what Talking Perimenopause is all about — a 6-week community experience (in person or online) for women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

✨ The conversation every woman deserves.

Perimenopause brings powerful hormonal shifts that can leave us feeling anxious, foggy, unmotivated — or just not like ourselves.

But here’s the truth: you don’t have to navigate this alone.

Join us for an open, honest community discussion about the mental and emotional landscape of perimenopause — and how to move through it with compassion, community, and real support.

🩵 This is not a lecture — it’s a conversation.

No PowerPoints. Just three practitioners (Dr. Jenna Rayachoti, Dr. Kellie Moore & Rebecca Gorin, LMFT) and a circle of women sharing wisdom, stories, and lived experience.

This space is for women in perimenopause and menopause — and also for practitioners who support women through this transition.

📅 Thursday, October 23
🕕 6pm PST | 9pm EST
💻 Online via Zoom
💫 Free community event

Let’s change the conversation about mental health in midlife — together.
