A movement and sound journey awaits you to celebrate the Winter Solstice. Come for one session or all three!

8:30-10:00am: All Levels Yoga with Annie (In-person/Hybrid)
10:30-11:30am: Sacred Sound and Kirtan (chant) with Gina Salá (In-person only)
Noon-12:30pm: Sound Bath (In-person only)

This Solstice season, in addition to our monthly hybrid yoga with Annie and sound bath with Roger, Gina Salā will offer Sacred Sound and Kirtan (chant): Mantra, Raga, and call and response chanting to awaken the heart and rest the mind and body. Life-long chanter and long-time sound yogini, Gina has taught and shared sacred sound in Blosm space, formerly Two Dog, since 2001. ginasala.com/

This will be the final in-person/hybrid yoga and sound offering of the year at BLOSM Studio, and the last time in the old 'Big Dog' as Blosm moves to its new location in Wedgewood in 2026.

Such a stunning place to gather up our body, mind and souls and sprinkle in lotsa sunshine, soak in ocean sounds 24/7, ooo and ahh at whales breaching, and oh yah! Practice and expand your yoga in community!!! and to dive deep into pranayama and meditation each day as the sunrises. It is divine!

And yet, when you go to do something does a freeze set in? So many of us have experienced this: paralyzed with guilt, confused by our own motives, terrified we’ll cause harm by helping. What’s a well-meaning white person to do?

Crafted by two anti-racist white educators who’ve long grappled with their own good intentions, this circle centers the practice of seeing what’s meant to stay hidden. In an environment steeped in equity-based and antiracist elements, we’ll broaden and deepen your racial equity lens and practice applying it in expected and unexpected ways.
