My favorite picture of my Grandmother, Frankie Beatrice. I found this in a box, shortly before she passed away. She was a trailblazer, a private pilot, riveter on bombers during WWII, owned a small mom and pop grocery store, first woman VP of Sarah Coventry jewelry, and earned her Bachelor’s degree at 65 making her the oldest graduate 🎓at TSU. She was authentic. I miss her.

I love the people I meet at work. I’ve met so many cool people. Looking forward to getting over the hurdle of this surgery. Feel like I look pretty good for 44.

Y’all I’ve been working on this Suncatcher for Ava for 6 weeks now (12 hours). I hope I finish it before surgery. Still need to foil and solder. Flowers 🌸 are a bitch.

I keep seeing 1333 in my dreams of randomly in places. OR 333 everywhere. I checked the time yesterday and saw this.

I did a Past Life Regression on myself yesterday and it’s crazy.

I was a Shang from Mulan looking man in these Japanese robes and I could feel a sword hilt on my hips. (Yes I know Mulan is Chinese, but I saw a man bun hairstyle).
I could see my old looking Japanese house and a woman sitting on the floor.
The year was 1333, and I was like that’s specific and weird.
I lived in this town surrounded by high cliffs and a beach. I felt like I almost drowned one time, but survived. I think I died being stabbed in the abdomen.

So today I look up Japan in 1333 and I swear to god I don’t know s**t about Japanese history.

“The Kamakura regime was overthrown in 1333, replaced briefly by a restored imperial government headed by Emperor Go-Daigo, who was, in his turn, removed by the Ashikaga warrior leaders who had brought him to power. “

So s**t went down that year in Feudal Japan and when I researched it was in a fishing village surrounded by cliffs.

I looked like a man in that movie poster.
When I looked at the clock today it was 13:33.

That’s the first regression I’ve ever been a man.
It was weird I felt really strong and not anxious.

I was told the purpose in that life was to be Brave.

So somehow that’s important for me to remember now.

So I got a call 📞 from my Sister this morning and I text her back, Is everything okay I had a dream about you and {my niece}.
She calls me back and I tell her I had this weird dream that she was winding time backwards and in the dream holding my niece, as a baby. I was frustrated in the dream telling her stop doing that because my niece is “grown.”
My sister then tells me she was calling for Nursing advice about an illness my niece has not had since she was an infant 👶🏻.

My new workplace is an old house with 7+ bedrooms that has been converted into a Naturopathic Practice. Every room has massage table for the work we do. A coworker was going to practice Electro Lymphatic Therapy on me. So I was getting undressed to get on the massage table, and I’m in the room alone. I get under the covers and this thing about waist high runs past me and then starts pulling my leg, then runs off. I also hear some giggles.
After the session, I asked my Trainer if anyone had experienced any children ghosts or anything Paranormal. At this point I don’t know s**t about this house or if my coworker is going to think I’m crazy af…she laughs and tells me the house used to be an orphanage, also, that they previously had someone come and try to clear out the ghosts 👻. I’m like some are still here 🤣.
