Is Willpower Strength?
Willpower is the validation that the individual has already internalized. If you do not internalize the power that you already have, then you have not discovered your very being and your worth. If you happen to be at a downturn in your life you have to discover the power to change your behavior, it is a decision, and yes it is your own spoken word.
Behavior change has five elements: pre-contemplation, desire, preparation, action and maintenance. In pre-contemplation you have no idea who you are. When you have desire, start writing down your goals. Prepare yourself with study on your own or if you can afford a coach get one, or speak to someone who cares about you. Prepare yourself; it does not matter how long it takes because there is no limit on time. Now, go and take action to get this thing done. In your maintenance you just keep practicing until you start the next goal.
The first element in Life Coaching is to be mindful of the health of your body. From this realization the goals of your pursuit are sustainable and will become as strong as your passion is to see the actualization of your dreams coming true.
All of us want or have dreams. The quantification of those dreams can only be judged by the source of that, which is the All-knowing. The All Knowing is the connection with your higher mind.
The very fact that you can acknowledge who you are states that you have taken your own willpower to become who you want to be. Now you have moved from weakness to strength. Blessed are you that has become.
