Our mission is to bring joy, inspiration, personal power, and awareness of oneself and others into children’s lives through yoga and mindfulness. We believe in planting the seeds of yoga and mindfulness at an early age so that they can grow into a lifelong practice. Families will stretch, move, breathe, and connect together through the pages of Yoga for Little Kids, and learn simple ways to keep the practices going at home.

Our Spring training dates are here! We offer these trainings just 1-2 times a year, and they are truly special. Whether you’re earning your certification through our 3-day Kids Yoga Teacher Training or expanding your skills with our half-day specialty trainings, you’ll gain more than tools and techniques.

You’ll connect with a community of like-minded people, tap into your playfulness and inner child, and create space to move, rest, and reflect on how you’ll bring this work into the world. A supportive and intentional container is created, and if this resonates with you, we’d love to have you join us.

Early Bird pricing is available until February 25th. A 25% discount is always available for educators and students, and we have a limited number of partial DEI scholarships available for all trainings. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions - we’re happy to support you on your Kids Yoga teaching path.

Learn how to make yoga and mindfulness accessible and enjoyable for children with disabilities. This training is designed for yoga

of yoga and mindfulness is recommended.
