Some peore assume the world is hopelessly polluted everywhere, so it's not worth it to look on a map bc there is nothing we can do about it anyway?
Well, both of those assumptions are not true!
There are places that are extremely polluted, and places that are not so polluted. And it's not always obvious where it is or isnt. AND ... there is a LOT we can do about it - for our bodies, to prevent or limit exposures, test for bioaccumulation, and work with practitioners who specialize in this.

To counteract the impact of environmental toxin or pollution exposures in my area, I take many simple easy health-protection measures every damn day. This reduces my toxic load and supports my body's natural detoxification process. My body is continuously bombarded with pollution I cannot see smell or taste - they are often imperceptible! - but I know they are there because I checked my neighborhood and all the locations I frequent or travel to, so I know.
