Reaching 10,000 followers isn't just a number to me it represents 10,000 people choosing growth over staying stuck. As a therapist, seeing this community grow is the greatest honor of my career.

Thank you for believing in the beauty of what's next. Let’s keep healing, together.

Robin Norwood’s "Women Who Love Too Much" is a total game-changer and you honestly HAVE to read it if you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the emotional heavy lifting in your relationships!

I used to think being a fixer was just a part of loving someone deeply, but this book completely flipped my perspective. It taught me that real, healthy love shouldn't feel like a 24/7 rescue mission. :)

I’m curious which of these slides felt like it was written just for you? Let’s start a conversation below and help each other grow!! 👇✨

I used to be the person who wouldn’t even eat a pretty avocado toast without making sure the lighting was perfect for a photo. I realized I was climbing my mountains the big wins, the travel, even the small hobbies mostly so the world would see me doing it. I was addicted to the digital applause.

But then it hit me If I’m constantly looking back to see who’s watching, I’m missing the actual view in front of me!

I used to be so proud of being the strong one. I’d take on everyone’s baggage, play therapist for my friends, and never ask for anything back. I figured as long as I was useful, I was safe.

But honestly? If you’re the only one holding the relationship together, you’re not in a connection you’re just doing a job you didn't apply for. It’s okay to stop carrying people who wouldn't even lift a finger for you.

Pouring some peace into your feed today. ☁️🍓

We often think starting over means we failed, but it actually means we’re brave enough to keep going. You aren’t the same person you were a year ago, and that’s your superpower.

Adulting is exhausting. 🌊

Sometimes the weight of responsibilities, decisions, and doing it all just gets too heavy. In those moments, your body and mind aren't asking for more productivity they’re asking for a break.

Taking a sea turtle moment isn't being lazy. It’s about letting yourself just float and exist without a to-do list for a while. It’s how we recharge so we don't burn out.

Give yourself permission to just float this weekend. You’ve earned it. 🐢💚

This scene from Shrek is actually a great lesson on how we protect ourselves.

When Shrek starts acting mean and pushing Donkey away, it’s not because he’s a bad person it’s because he’s scared of getting hurt. A lot of us do the same thing: we push people away before they have a chance to leave us first.

But Donkey is the MVP here. He knows Shrek is just hurting, so he chooses to stay and forgive him anyway. That’s what real friendship is. It’s not about never fighting; it’s about being brave enough to fix things afterward. 💚

Save this if you’ve ever been the Shrek (or the Donkey) in a friendship.

Stop waiting for a reason to be proud of yourself. You don’t need a trophy or a milestone to prove your worth simply showing up today is already enough.

Comment a 🤍 if you’re choosing yourself today.

Did you check on your person today?

If you’re hurting, please know you aren’t a burden you’re brave for reaching out. Your life has immense value. 🧡

This month is Self-Harm Awareness Month, and it’s time to look closer.

Self-harm isn’t always a visible mark it can be the quiet ways we punish ourselves through isolation, harsh self-talk, or neglect. If you’re hurting, please remember that you deserve the same compassion you give to others.

Check the last slide for resources you don’t have to carry this alone. 🧡
