Copperworks Distilling Co. has announced a major expansion at Copperworks Kenmore, adding two new concepts next door to its current location along the Burke-Gilman Trail!

The award-winning distilling company is transforming the former 192 Brewing Lake Trail Taproom space into ๐‚๐จ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ ๐“๐š๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐–๐ก๐ข๐ฌ๐ค๐ž๐ฒ ๐†๐š๐ซ๐๐ž๐ง and ๐„๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐๐๐ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ญ.

Ember BBQ will be offering globally-inspired barbecue from the chefs behind De La Soil, with Copperworks Tavern sharing that inspiration with exciting new cocktail creations.

With this expansion, Copperworks Kenmore will now include four distinct concepts:

*The current Copperworks Kenmore Cocktail Bar and Tasting Room, will be renamed โ€œCopperworks Barrel House.โ€

*De La Soilโ€™s kitchen remains in Copperworks Barrel House.

*Copperworks Tavern and Whiskey Garden opens in the former 192 Brewing space.

*New concept Ember BBQ available inside the new Copperworks Tavern.

Copperworks Kenmore will remain counter-service and family-friendly. The expanded Copperworks Kenmore will continue to foster community through markets, chef collaborations, live music, hands-on workshops, and other events.

Tulip Town is in a unique moment right now as peak bloom and post season fieldwork are playing out side by side. Visitors still have a final window to see the color before the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival officially wraps on April 30. However, please note that Tulip Town may not be done just yet! If the blooms hold beyond April 30, Tulip Town will remain open a bit longer!
