Ember BBQ will be offering globally-inspired barbecue from the chefs behind De La Soil, with Copperworks Tavern sharing that inspiration with exciting new cocktail creations.
With this expansion, Copperworks Kenmore will now include four distinct concepts:
*The current Copperworks Kenmore Cocktail Bar and Tasting Room, will be renamed โCopperworks Barrel House.โ
*De La Soilโs kitchen remains in Copperworks Barrel House.
*Copperworks Tavern and Whiskey Garden opens in the former 192 Brewing space.
*New concept Ember BBQ available inside the new Copperworks Tavern.
Copperworks Kenmore will remain counter-service and family-friendly. The expanded Copperworks Kenmore will continue to foster community through markets, chef collaborations, live music, hands-on workshops, and other events.
