In a week from Saturday, we ACTIVATE!

It's been a blessing being in retreat and transformation with you either last June, last month, or both! We're excited to invite you ACTIVATE: Body, Breath, and Spirit.
Happening next Saturday January 20th, 2-5:00pm in the loft of Soft Medicine Sanctuary.

This mini-retreat will empower you to begin the new year with inner fire and flow, as well as with your dreams, devotion, and determination.
We'll get the energy activated with yoga and breathwork, experience an uplifting guided meditation, and complete with a high vibe AfroGrooves dance session.
