When it comes to moving our bodies, I will always encourage variety and trying new things! I finally got a chance to check out RFMR Pilates and it was such a nice challenge for my mind and body.
Our bodies were born to move, adapt, and be challenged, and sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is step outside of our normal routine and try something different. Growth doesn’t happen when we stay comfortable.
As someone who coaches others, it’s important to remember coaches need coaching too. We all benefit from learning, being guided, and being pushed in new ways.
Huge shoutout to Nadia, whose energy made the class so fun and welcoming. She helped us feel confident even when we were all fighting for our lives on the reformer 😂
Trying new ways to move keeps our bodies strong, our minds engaged, and reminds us that it’s never too late to be a beginner again.
