Sharon has a house she wants cleaned she wants Tami to clean it. Sharon will only pay for a 1 time standard clean of $115 for her 2500 sqft house and her dog.
Tami charges extra for a first time cleaning and each pet. Sharon hasn't ever had a professional cleaning.
Tami has to pay to keep her business running:
$64.00 for her CRM
$356 annually for professional email, website, and managing the website
$180 annually for vehicles registration
$150 for gas monthly
$15.00 for bookkeeping a month
$35.00 General Liability Insurance
$53.00 for marketing subscription
$200.00 quarterly car maintenance
$10.00 a month ink subscription
$ 10.74 Microsoft software
$30.00 a month for background checks
$160 bi-annual for LLC
$422 for business loans
$10 supplies
$732 pays for her business but doesn't pay to feed her family, keep lights on, or pay herself.
Tami wants to hire a contractor at $17 an hour. Labor production rate for Sharon's house is is 5.5 to 8 hours for the 1st time cleaning it professionally.
For the bid Tami will bid 4 hours with Tami working and not paying herself.
Labor costs with Tami helping: $68
Tami owes $790.
Tami wants to mark up 30% for business emergencies but doesn't pay herself.
Tami will quote $350 + $25 for pet hair= $375.
That covers about 1/3rd of Tami's overhead (not paying herself) and Tami is working, doing Admin,marketing, Financials, working 7 days a week stay up until 3am working on her business. Not getting paid.
Sharon does want to pay $375 for a 1 time clean. Sharon doesn't get her house cleaned and Tami gets a part time job, works her business, and does all the behind the screens business.
Tami's hourly worth is $9.88
