Kids bored at home, and too hot to play outside?
Escape the summer heat and come be a prana bean with me!
only THREE spots left for Prana Beans Kids Yoga Camp starting tomorrow!
This week will be filled with non-stop yoga fun through games, stories, music, and crafts! Perfect for ages 5 and up. (although if there is an excited 4 year old, shoot me a message and we can talk)
Each day is themed. For this session, we'll burst with color on Chakra Day and tye dye our very own camp t-shirt. 🌈
We will make our own ocean slime and sail across the sea on Ocean Day. 🌊
We will use our imagination to travel across the world and learn about different cultures on Around-the-World Day (don't worry, we have your passports ready to go!) ✈️ 🌎
We will release our inner wild animal on Rainforest Day. 🐒
And we will use our smarts and wits to solve all different kinds of puzzles on Puzzle Day! (This is a really cool escape room experience I have been working on!) 🧩 🔐
Its going to be an unforgettable week that will stay with your kids forever!
Located right by Posse Grounds Playground. 9:30-12:30 this week July 15-19.

I always find a sweet connection with my clients. the stories from all the friends I haven’t met yet, the miles they travel to be here in Sedona….its such a gift to be able to guide them and to listen to their journeys.

and today’s session was EXTRA SPECIAL ✨💙💛

Today is World Down Syndrome Day. A day that gives us the opportunity to unite in a global celebration of life, diversity, and inclusion. It’s a day to honor and uplift those with Down syndrome, recognizing their abilities, talents, and potential. We also choose to honor the families and the workers who dedicate their time and efforts to be of service to the DS community.

And what better to honor than through a powerful and intentional practice where we create this loving energy that we can send straight out into the world?

And this sweet family chose to honor Myles, their grandson and nephew, a 4 year old lovely boy, a strong little warrior with a heart of gold who continues to find the joys and smile in the face of adversity. It was such a testament of love and kindness to guide this family through a flow for this angel.

Myles, you are so incredibly loved. I felt it straight in my heart and I hope you feel it in yours 🥰

thank you to for trusting me to curate such a special experience for you and your family. I’ll remember this session for lifetimes 🌿☀️🙏💗

I’ll be the first to admit that I have a tendency to take myself too seriously. I constantly find myself looking to fill empty space with the next goal, next project, next (insert unmanageable task here).

I didn’t realize how much I was overworking myself. And it has been so ✨n i c e✨ taking more time to be playful. to connect with friends that I’ve lost touch with. to foster new relationships. to hike with my honey. to say yes to a last minute photoshoot and watch my world get smaller within my community.

it’s giving me more times to take bigger exhales. and I’m having so much more fun.

to my favorite clothing line thank you for the fun opportunity to play with friends. To feel comfy, pretty, and free and supported all at once.

and to for being my dancing counterpart. I feel like we should frame this 💕🌿✨

take some time to flow and play. and if you find yourself here in sedona, let your hair down with me and be. 🥰🙏

whenever I am at the park, I always hear from parents how there’s never enough to do around town for the little ones!

mamas and papas, I heard you ☺️🙏🏽

This hour class is just for littles ones under the age of four!

✨Simple yoga games that develop fine and gross motor skills.
✨Sensory stimulation in a community based setting.
✨fun yoga songs and stories that your kiddos will remember!
✨And an opportunity to connect with not only your little yogi but other parents too!

(coffee and tea will also be available ☕️ 😌)

Remember: you can never start yoga early enough! teach them young! offer them tools of regulation that they will use forever.

as summer vacation is winding down, and families are preparing for their little ones to go back to school, I thought I’d take us out with a BANG 💥 🎪

Prana Beans Kids Yoga Summer Camp is FULL!

But worry not! All of my little yogi beans are not gonna want to miss this!

I am hosting a two-hour kid's yoga workshop on Friday, June 23rd! From 3pm-5pm! This workshop will be geared toward children ages 4-11 but I never turn any child away no matter the age!

There will be:
Crafts
Music
Games
And of course, YOGA!
I can't think of a better way to ring in summer!
