Tap into your power with these 3 steps:

1. Clarify your intention. Use a short, present tense, positive statement ( “I am whole and complete BECAUSE...”)

When you use “because,” you give your subconscious mind a reason to believe what you’re saying. It doesn’t evaluate truth the way the logical mind does.

2. Anchor it in your body and brain. Visualize, feel it, breathe into it. Research shows attention + intention operate together in brainbody systems.

3.Sustain it with action + reflection. Intention alone is a seed …your repeated behaviors, mindful pauses and resets help it root.
