I’m excited to share that I’ll be a guest speaker on an upcoming International Women’s Day panel: “Wellness, Wisdom and Real Talk: Armenian Women in Conversation,” hosted by the Toronto Chapter of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU). 🌷✨

I’ll be joining an incredible group of women for a live, in-person gathering where we’ll open a heartfelt conversation around wellness in today’s world, the shifts we are living through and how we can stay grounded through these changing times.🌿

I will be sharing reflections from my personal healing journey and speaking into how we can navigate life with more self-compassion, presence, and resilience.🫶💛

The 12/12 portal💫 is the last significant gateway leading to the Winter Solstice. As I attuned to the portal’s energy, I expected a powerful surge, yet encountered instead a reverent frequency, echoing with ancient memories. It was a gentle grace, beautiful and serene.🙏

This meditation offers a sacred pause between past and future, allowing the old year to gently fall away while stepping forward into 2026 with renewed clarity and intention. Together, we’ll connect with Mother Earth and Father Sun. As you enter your sacred Heart space, you’ll embark on a journey to return to the divine light within you. ✨

For over five years, I have offered these meditations freely as a heartfelt gift to humanity, honouring the teachings of the Mamos and Kogis from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains. Their message reminds us that the Earth is a living entity, and balance is achieved through respect, humility, care, and a conscious relationship with all life.

I’m so happy to share… ✨ The Heart Meditations are returning. ✨

After many months away, I’m deeply grateful to return to this sacred space with you. This summer took me on a soul-stirring journey — hosting and participating in three incredible retreats in Sedona, Mt. Shasta, the Redwoods, and Portland, Maine — each one filled with profound activations, soul medicine, and magical connections.

As a Teacher of the Ancient Heart Teachings — as taught by Drunvalo Melchizedek, Daniel Mitel, and the Kogis of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta Mountains, I’m honoured to continue offering these meditations as a gift to humanity. They are always free and open to all.

Now more than ever, we are being called to embody higher heart consciousness — the frequency that reconnects us to the Mother Earth, to one another, and to the great mystery of All That Is.

Golden October Day🍁✨

A spontaneous drive, no schedule, no plans. Drove up to Muskoka’s cottage country, letting the land guide us. Each turn revealed something beautiful: peaceful trails, hidden waterfalls, and serene lakes. 🌞

By pure chance, we landed in Honey Harbour, right in the middle of a honeybee festival — local vendors, golden jars of honey and mead, and a live band playing the oldies. 🐝 Hubby always by the docks, got into action as a boat was trying to dock. Once a sailor, always a sailor. 😁⛵️

We happened to go by the Big Chute Marine Railway near Lock 44. Hubby had always wanted to see it. It’s the only one of its kind still operating in North America, using an inclined plane to lift boats over a 60-foot elevation change. Watching the boats carried gently in their cradles felt like witnessing history in motion — engineering in harmony with nature. 🚤🔧

We ended our day with a peaceful dinner by the Orillia waterfront.

Today, the ancient rocks, the flowing rivers, Father Sun, Master Trees and Mother Earth, and the open sky held us — quietly reminding me that sometimes the most healing days are the unplanned ones. 💛🌊🪨

Nature, calm, stillness. 🌲🌿💓
It’s almost ironic how much energy it can take to return to stillness.
We move through a world overflowing with noise, demands, and thoughts that tug at us from every direction. Yet, here in the quiet, after all the effort of arriving, my heart finally found its center. 💖 The chatter softened, the body exhaled, and I could simply be.

Such a gift, this gentle place of presence.
May you, too, find moments where the noise falls away, and the stillness wraps around you like nature’s own embrace. 💓🌿✨

🌞✨ Summer Solstice Blessings
Today, the Earth tilts closest to the Sun

☀️ We receive the longest day, the shortest night, and a powerful infusion of light codes from above. ☝️

🌿Spiritually, across cultures and timelines, the Solstice is sacred. A time to honour our light, life, and our connection to both Earth and cosmos.

Here are some examples of how the sacred turning of the wheel has been honoured around the world:
🌀Celts celebrated Litha, invoking the Sun’s fire with bonfires, feasting, and blessings for fertility, harvest, and faery magic.
🔥Nordic cultures embraced Midsummer, with flower crowns, dancing, fire rituals, and offerings to ward off darkness and bless the land.
💧Armenian celebrate Vardavar, where water is thrown with joy and love – a rite of purification rooted in pre-Christian sun and water worship honouring the Goddess ASTGHIK.
🏛️Ancient Greeks celebrated Kronia and honoured Apollo, God of the Sun and prophecy, with feasts, play, and social reversals, celebrating abundance and divine order.
🌸Japanese culture honours this time with Geshi, a seasonal marker in the traditional calendar where balance between nature and human activity is observed.

The Summer Solstice invites us to shine fully, burn away what no longer serves and embody the divine light we were born with. ⭐️✨
You are part of this ancient rhythm
You are the Sun
You are the light. You are the prayer fulfilled.🙏💫✨

🌳 I Love Trees.

The first photo is from May 2019. I remember walking past this majestic tree and being pulled into its energy, feeling ancient and wise. I sat in meditation with my hand on my heart and suddenly heard a voice, deep and clear, like an elder whispering through the wind:

“They’re cutting trees… they’re cutting trees. Plant more trees. Plant more trees.”

It was a sorrowful cry, urgent, angry, and grieving. I wept.
I asked someone nearby to take a photo of me with the tree, and when I looked at it later… I saw it. The unmistakable face of an elder in the bark.

When I returned home, I planted a blackberry tree in his honor, though sadly, it didn’t survive.

Now, in 2025, I’ve returned to visit the Elder Tree. He looks older, weathered, and I felt that he was tired. His energy quieter and heavier.

I placed my hand on his trunk, whispered thank you, and hugged him with all the love in my heart.

Trees are powerful land guardians, memory keepers, and silent healers. 🌱

Last night in Toronto, I had the profound honor of attending an evening lecture with the legendary , a true pioneer in the field of trauma, addiction, and holistic healing.

With deep wisdom and clarity, Dr. Maté spoke on the profound impact of trauma, not just from a clinical or scientific perspective, but from a deeply human one. He explored how trauma shapes the mind, body, and spirit and how the current medical system often pathologizes symptoms without addressing the true roots of pain.

What touched me most was his raw honesty in sharing his own journey: how his trauma began as a Jewish infant during the Second World War, and how those early wounds unconsciously shaped his behaviors as an adult, especially in fatherhood. Though he believed he was loving and providing for his children, he now understands how his own unhealed trauma and his compulsive drive to help others often left them emotionally neglected. It was a brave and sobering reflection on how even well-intentioned love can miss the mark when parents unconsciously pass on the trauma to their children.

But the heart of the evening came during the Q&A, where a younger generation of attendees stepped forward with remarkable vulnerability. One after another, they shared their stories and received Dr. Maté’s gentle, piercing guidance through . It was incredibly powerful to witness: the depth of pain, the desire for healing, and the courage to be seen. This generation is doing the work, breaking cycles, and reclaiming their wholeness. And it is beautiful to witness. ❤️‍🩹🙏

Thank you for your tireless dedication, your transparency, and especially your calm and steady presence as you held space for such difficult and tender truths. Last night was more than a lecture; it was a transmission of healing and hope. 🌿💚✨🌅🌈

This morning, while meditating in my heart, I connected with my future self. Initially, I felt a bit unsure, was that really her? However, as I let go of doubt, I began to ask questions. Her responses were filled with such grace and wisdom that they deeply moved me.🙏🏼

One question I posed was, “What should I focus on the most?” Her reply was clear: “Just love yourself, REALLY. LOVE. YOURSELF.”
At first, I hesitated. A part of me questioned whether focusing so much on myself was selfish. As if she sensed my thoughts, she replied:
“Take care of your body. Nurture your thoughts. Be mindful of what you eat. Spend time in nature. Cultivate gratitude for every lesson life presents. Love deeply, forgive, show compassion, and let go to find your inner freedom.”
🩷 Although her words sounded simple, they resonated with deep profound truth.

We live in a world that frequently encourages us to prioritize others above ourselves. In the hustle of everyday life, we can become disconnected from our bodies, hearts, and our true selves. Many times, we don’t even realize our imbalances until something like an illness stops us from living our normal life and forces us to pause.

I’ve been reflecting on her message all day, allowing it to sink in. Although was chilly outside, I visited my favourite trees in the park, expressing gratitude to them, Father Sun and to my knees for holding me up so I can walk again. 🙏🏼🌲🪵

Happy April! 🌸🌿✨

We made it to this new month. 😮‍💨Wow, March with the powerful planetary energies, amplified by the Solar Eclipse and New Moon, stirred up some deep emotions and waves of feelings for so many of us. 🩷

Now, as Neptune enters Aries, it seems the powerful energies will continue to push us to step even more into our true, authentic selves, trust our intuition, and follow our passions—both individually and collectively. The external world with all its noise, will try to distract us and keep us busy.

💖 Yet, amidst life’s noise, remember that there is a quiet sanctuary within you—your heart. When we pause, breathe, and connect with our heart center, we unlock deep peace and inner balance.
