How To See Ghosts!
It is simple to see ghosts, but it is difficult to convince the mind you can see interdimensionally. To do so, sit in a place where you believe ghosts exist, such as a haunted house, and relax your frightened body. Focus on your breathing and tell your mind to put its terrifying words in a quiet place and download everything you experience. Then soften your eyes while keeping your eyelids down but partially open. Now move your consciousness inside your eyes and imagine looking out both sides of the eyes at the same time. You are welcome to move your eyes side to side if needed.
As you look out the sides of your eyes, you may notice wispy forms of light moving by you. When this happens, just relax and let these silhouettes of light come and go. There are millions of beings floating through the third dimension. Some are lost souls but the majority of them enjoyed life so much they chose to hang around. Some simply want to stay close to loved ones; others take possession of the physical body to remember what it is like to be in human form. Then there are some determined souls that choose to reincarnate.
The longer you practice this technique, the more ghosts you will see. So have fun playing with your inner vision but don’t take these ghost’s home. If they take possession of your body, your home, car, or property, let me know and we will do a de-possession and clear them out.
SOUP TIME!!!
I love this time of year and yesterday, I picked up a few large, organic pumpkins and it was time to make my favorite creamy yet non-dairy, immune building, pumpkin soup. All the ingredients in the recipe below are loaded with vitamins and minerals that keep your body strong. All pumpkins and quash are loaded with vitamin A to build the eyes, and the seeds provide zinc which keeps the immune and prostate healthy. Fennel helps to soothe the digestive system but makes the soup creamy. Garlic is loaded with germanium and selenium which help with conditions related to the heart and blood such as high/low blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary heart disease, heart attacks, and atherosclerosis. Onions and shallots contain cancer fighting nutrients. Celery is great for supporting the kidneys in filtering 400 quarts of blood a day. If you choose to use bone broth, it helps to build and strengthen all the bones, ligaments, and tendons. Ginger stimulates the digestive system. And the cayenne pepper and herbs help to increase circulation and warm the body.
Recipe:
Bake 1 large pumpkin whole at approximately 350 for 2 hours and scoop out the seeds to dry and eat later.
Sauté 3 large fennel bulbs, 5 stalks of celery, 1 large onion, 2 large shallot bulbs, ½ cup of fresh ginger and 2 large garlic cloves in 3 tbsps. of olive oil till tender.
Next, pour 2 quarts of organic bone or vegetable broth in a big pot and add the squash and sautéed vegetables to simmer for 30 minutes.
Add 1 tsp of Real Salt and 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, oregano, sage, basil, rosemary, and cumin mixture to give it a robust flavor with a little bite.
Let it cool for a bit and blend in a blender till smooth and creamy.
Serve warm with rice cakes or gluten free crackers.
When you make this soup, let me know how you enjoyed it and any changes you made to the recipe?
