Most women are told to fix their period pain with diet changes alone.

But if healing were as simple as cutting dairy or taking magnesium, you would already be pain-free.

The truth is that you cannot heal a multidimensional issue with a one-dimensional solution.

Period pain persists when you support only one of your bodies—usually the physical—while ignoring the mental and spiritual layers that hold trauma, stress patterns, and beliefs about feminine energy.

When all three are addressed, the body finally releases the pain she’s been holding.

From here on the days will gradually begin to get longer. We slowly are coming out of the dark into the light. The shortest day of the year is an invitation to pause, reflect, and honor your inner winter. Your body naturally craves stillness right now.
Listen.
Reflect.
Receive.

When you reflect on what is, you can use that to help create your future.

Your body is not working against you. She is trying to get you to listen. She is on your team. You just haven’t been listening, so she has started to scream to get your attention.
