MAXX’D OUT LEG DAY (DROP SET EDITION)
Goal: Maximum hypertrophy + density + separation

Style: Giant sets, supersets, DROP SETS

1. ACTIVATION GIANT SET (3–4 rounds)

No rest
Seated Leg Curl – 15–20 reps (last round = drop set → 15 → 10)
Leg Extension – 15–20 reps (last round = drop set → 15 → 10)
Bodyweight Squats – 20 reps
👉 Already setting the tone with intensity

2. HEAVY COMPOUND (Strength Builder)

Barbell Back Squat – 4 sets
12 / 10 / 8 / 6 reps (last set heavy)

AFTER last set:
Strip weight → hit 10–12 reps immediately

Superset with:
Standing Calf Raises – 15–20 reps
(last 2 sets = drop set)
👉 Heavy + burnout combo = growth trigger

3. QUAD DOMINATION SUPERSET (4 rounds)

Leg Press – 12–15 reps
Last 2 rounds = double drop set
(12 reps → drop → 10 → drop → 😎

Superset with:
Walking Lunges – 20 steps
👉 This is where your quads start cramping

4. HAMSTRING + GLUTE SUPERSET (4 rounds)

Lying Leg Curl – 12–15 reps
Every last rep = partials to failure
Final round = drop set → 12 → 8

Superset with:
Romanian Deadlift – 10–12 reps
Last set = drop set (strip weight → 8–10 more reps)
👉 Stretch + burn = hamstring growth

5. UNILATERAL DESTRUCTION (3 rounds each leg)

Bulgarian Split Squats – 10–12 reps each
Last set = bodyweight burnout immediately after

Superset with:
Step-Ups – 10 each leg
Last round = slow tempo (3 sec down)
👉 No escaping imbalances here

6. FINISHER – QUAD KILLER (2–3 rounds)

Leg Extensions
20 reps → drop → 15 → drop → 10 → drop → FAILURE
Hold last rep for 10–15 seconds
Your quads should feel like they’re going to rip

7. FUNCTIONAL FINISH (OPTIONAL BUT YOU SHOULD DO IT)

Sled Push – 4–5 rounds heavy
Last round = lighter weight, sprint it out

HOW TO RUN THIS
Drop sets = fast weight change, minimal rest (5–10 sec max)
Don’t ego lift — drops only work if reps are CLEAN
If you’re not shaking… you didn’t go hard enough
