💗 Hi! I’m Kalli Rose, a registered nurse with over 12 years of experience.

My background is in pediatrics and neonatal nursing, with the last six years dedicated to the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). ’ve worked in busy hospitals across Long Island and NYC, supporting families through some of the most challenging moments of their lives while caring for their children.

Despite my background in pediatrics, I was surprised by how often I turned to Google and social media for answers as a new mom. I quickly realized how many gaps exist in women’s health education, and I knew I wanted to evolve my nursing career to help bridge them. That’s why I became a Mama Coach—to empower women who are trying to conceive, navigating fertility treatments, or adjusting to life as new parents.

I am here to support you. Whether you’re on a fertility journey, pregnant, or bringing home a baby for the first time, I want to be the resource you turn to for guidance, evidence-based information, and personalized support.
