Congratulations to our new CEO!

Today marks an exciting new chapter in BAYADA’s journey.

We are proud to announce that Bryony Winn has been appointed the next Chief Executive Officer of BAYADA Home Health Care. Bryony will join us on March 2, 2026, becoming the first non-family member to lead our organization in its 50-year history.

With a career dedicated to improving how the health system works for individuals, families, and caregivers, Bryony brings deep expertise in tackling some of healthcare’s most complex challenges—from access and affordability to equity, outcomes, and frontline support. Most recently, she served as President of Carelon Health, part of Elevance Health, leading more than 8,500 associates serving nearly 100 million Americans nationwide. She has been recognized by Modern Healthcare as one of the Top Women Leaders in Healthcare and named among Pearl Health’s Top 50 Value-Based Care Thinkers.

As Bryony steps into this role, David Baiada will conclude his remarkable eight-year tenure as CEO by joining the BAYADA Board of Directors and serving as senior advisor to the incoming CEO.

👋Hello to all the amazing LPNs and RNs out there! My name is Deklynn. I am 11 months old, have been staying in the hospital since birth and I am finally ready to break out of here and to live at home with my wonderful family in Thompsontown, PA. I LOVE to smile and I am working hard on my hand-eye coordination and lower body movements. I am looking for an awesome team of superhero nurses to help with trach/vent, GJ tube and ostomy care at home.🏠

❤️I cannot wait to be home with my family! For this dream to come true, I need to find day and night shift nurses (f/t, p/t and prn). Tonda is always there to offer a comforting word or share a laugh. She works hard to ensure her clients and their families feel happy, comfortable, and valued. For BAYADA Home Health Aide Olivia, caregiving is the work of her heart. She supported a family through their mother's final days with compassion and grace, offering calm, comfort, and a reassuring presence so her client never felt alone.

Olivia’s compassion reaches far beyond home care. After fleeing civil war in Liberia, she has continued to give back by founding a school and bringing clean water to children in her village.

This year, she was recognized as the HHA National Hero of the Year for her dedication to giving her heart fully to every client, every family, and every life she touches. We are grateful for the impact caregivers like Olivia make every day. ❤️

Artis has been a Home Health Aide (HHA) with BAYADA since 1984, and she was the first HHA hired for our State Programs office in Delaware. For more than 35 years, Artis has supported her client—helping her learn to communicate, feed herself, and enjoy daily activities. Artis’s compassion has ensured her client can remain safely at home with her family, where she belongs.

This year, Artis celebrated her 41st BAYADA anniversary alongside Founder and Chairman Mark Baiada. We are incredibly proud of Artis and grateful for her commitment to leading with care and compassion, making a difference for her clients every day.

Hearts for Home Care Advocacy recently hosted their first Conversations for Care event at our pediatric office in Atlantic City, NJ. This new series sheds light on New Jersey’s urgent nursing shortage and highlights collaborative solutions grounded in compassion and excellence.

Legislators, nurses, caregivers, and families shared powerful stories and witnessed firsthand how home care keeps children and adults safe at home and supports them in school.
