All I wanted to do this morning was stay in bed. The sun was coming in through my window, I could hear the birds singing. Have they been more active this spring? 🐦 I digress, that is a topic for another day. Anyway... the last thing I wanted to to was go walk two miles, but I did! It can be challenging any day to get up and exercise, recently even more so.

So how do I help myself get this done? I set myself up for success. 🏆 The night before I set out my workout clothing, socks and shoes 👟 included. I also put out my rocking hat. My hat will be the topic of another post too! It’s just easier to get going if I don’t have to fish around to find my missing shoe at 7am. ⏰

So that’s it. We all need to do what we can do to keep ourselves healthy.
