🤧 Allergy season doesn't have to slow you down. Try these 4 acupressure points at home!

👉 LI 20 — located beside each nostril, this point helps open nasal congestion, reduce sneezing symptoms, and improve airflow.
👉 ST 3 — found just below the pupils at the cheekbone, this point relieves sinus pressure and facial tension.
👉 Yintang — sitting between the eyebrows, this point calms inflammation and helps clear the sinuses.
👉 LI 4 — in the webbing between your thumb and index finger, this powerful point is your body's natural antihistamine point and helps reduce allergy symptoms throughout the whole body.

🖋️ Use a pen cap or your fingertip to stimulate each point on both sides for 30–60 seconds. Give LI 4 a full one to two minutes on each hand. Do this once or twice a day throughout allergy season for the best results.
