Do you know of a disabled or elderly individual that could benefit from a structured day, socialization with others, or maybe prepared meals and medication reminders? A person that is a primary caregiver for a loved one who could use a few hours off during the day? Pink Heart Health Services now offers "Non-Medical Adult Day Care" to the disabled and elderly population.
Services Provided:
- Medication Reminders
- Breakfast, Lunch, & Snack
- Activities that stimulates the brain
-Daily fitness
-Transportation (additional fee required)

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)
Weekly Rates $200. Daily walk-ins welcome!

The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) is responsible for safe administration of prescribed medications and treatments as listed on t he Medication Administration Record (MAR). The CMT provides personal care and nursing care to residents as needed/assigned and ensures delivery of care and services to the residents in the community to include Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), room cleanliness, scheduled activities, and dining services and individual service plan need of each assigned resident.

Essential Duties:

Administer medication safely, ensuring the six rights of medication administration are followed.
Count and sign approved form, all narcotics with approved personnel before accepting medication cart keys. Alert Manager immediately with discrepancies.
Order medications and treatments from appropriate pharmacy or notify responsible party when supply is no less than 7 days.
Receive and verify medicine received is accurate according to pharmacy label and MAR
Store medications properly and ensure lotions, ointments, and liquids are stored separately from oral medications.
Remove discontinued medications from cart
Provide personal care to residents including, but not limited to , bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, eating, etc.
Provide general nursing care including, but not limited to, vital signs, temperature, blood pressure, and weight.
