THIS!! Let's redefine the term "snowflake" âď¸
"I want to tell you a story about something incredibly powerfulâŚsomething world-changingâŚsomething that has shut down schools, airports, entire citiesâŚ
A snowflake.
When I was a young boy I lived in Minnesota. At times it was a harsh place; hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
I remember each Fall when the first flake of snow would fall. It was magical, but was the sign of things to come.
You can hold a snowflake on your fingertip and poofâitâs gone. Kinda like certain prospects after they say, âIâll think about it.â
Yes, that tiny little thing that melts faster than your team disappears when you say the words âZoom training tonight.â
Then it starts.
One little snowflake falls.
Just one. You look up to the sky like, âReally? Thatâs all you got?â
Then another falls. And another.
Still nothing dramaticâjust nature lightly sprinkling dandruff on your jacket.
But it doesnât stop.
The snow keeps comingâŚflake after flakeâŚhour after hour⌠By the next morning, that gentle sprinkle has turned into a full-blown Snowpocalypse.
Your car is buried. Your driveway has vanished.
You open your door and all you see is a white wall of, âWell, I guess Iâm not going to work today.â
And thatâs when it hits you:
All of that came from tiny little snowflakes thatâby themselvesâcouldnât even survive a warm handshake.
And you know what? Network marketing works the exact same way.
One conversation might feel small.
One follow-up feels pointless.
One new customer feels like,
âWell, that didnât break the internet.â
But when your team shows up consistentlyâ
even imperfectlyâflake by flake, message by message, follow-up by follow-upâŚSomething big starts to happen.
Momentum.
And suddenly your business starts growing, then duplication kicks in. Thatâs when your team members start helping their team membersâŚand their team members help their team membersâŚand suddenly you have an avalancheâŚ
The good kind.
Not the kind that takes you outâthe kind that takes your business up.
And all of it started with tiny actions done by people who didnât look powerful on their ownâŚjust like snowflakes.
This past month I have been in India meeting members and hosting meetings. It started with a conversation with one person, then another. I went from Mumbai, to Hyderabad, to Markapuram, then to New Delhi. Now today I prepare to leave India and head back to America.
Over the past four weeks my team has grown by over 250 new members; each a snowflake on their own, but part of a giant blizzard soon to blanket the ground.
So next time you feel like your work isnât making a differenceâor your prospect ghosts you so hard they could star in a paranormal documentaryâŚRemember this:
A single snowflake melts, but a whole team of snowflakes? They can shut down cities and move mountains.
And so can you."
