Honestly, this past year broke me. Health challenges, a recent endometriosis diagnosis and months of physical exhaustion have pushed me in ways I never imagined.

Health~wise, it has undoubtedly been the hardest year of my life to push through. Receiving an endometriosis diagnosis has brought clarity and opened my eyes to so much— but it’s also been incredibly heavy…physically, mentally & emotionally. In short, it ties lady, digestive and autoimmune issues among others ALL together. AKA no fun.

What I want to say today is THANK YOU.
Thank you to my spa clients for your patience, kindness, flexibility, and compassion.

Thank you for trusting me with your care even when I’ve had to move slowly, reschedule appointments, or prioritize healing. Your understanding has meant more to me than I will ever be able to put into words.

Thank you for being part of this spa/space, for honoring the human behind the business, and for allowing me to keep doing the work I love while learning how to care for myself, too.

There were/are SO many days that felt like I was physically fighting just to stay afloat— your grace reminded me why I do this work and why this space exists in the first place. Nourished Through Nature Spa was built for nourishment, gentleness, and honoring the body... and I’ve felt that same care reflected right back to me by you.
