Flow & Restore is a heated evening class that blends flow with grounding yin poses. The first half of class builds heat and movement, while the second half slows the pace with longer holds to release deep tension and invite rest. Expect to leave feeling aligned, open, and relaxed.

Happy Full Moon! 🌕✨
Even if the sky is overcast tonight, the grounding and powerful energy is still here. We don’t need to see the moon to feel her.

This Super Moon peaks on 11/5 at 7:19 am, so make sacred space tonight or tomorrow to honor your growth and clear your energy. Release whatever you’ve been holding onto that no longer serves you.
